Located out of Gilboa, Knueven Creamery is a family-owned farm and producer of [minimally processed] milk and dairy products from happy, grass-fed cows that pasture on our organic farmland in Northwest Ohio.

3. Kaufman Hydroponics

Located out of Ottawa, Kaufman Hydroponics is our premier basil, romain and bibb lettuce provider, also supplying schools and local eateries with fresh, organic lettuce year-round.

Our menu has something for everyone

Once you’ve got the thirst satisfied, hit up our food menu. All items are oven-baked—nothing deep-fried here. Not only do we locally-source our ingredients for our brews, but also some of our food items are home-grown too. Kaufman Hydroponics and Knueven Creamery are providing fresh produce and cheese for our menu.
